Most orders are despatched within 1-4 days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are expected to be picked, packed and despatched on the next business day. Please note that in the busy months leading up to Christmas and the beginning of the Australian triathlon season, orders may take a little longer. We will either send an email or call you if there are any delays in delivery.

Our customers, within Australia, generally receive goods in 2 to 5 working days, depending on their destination.
Delivery costs are calculated based on weight of products purchased.
These charges will automatically be added to your order. However, for all orders we will calculate the actual cost of shipping and contact you if the amount will be greater than the rate quoted above. Bulky items may require additional delivery charges, you can send us an email or call requesting a quotation of the shipping cost.
We try to have our complete range in stock at all times. However, occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock or completely sold out. In this instance you will be notified immediately with full details, and asked for alternative instructions. Your credit card will not be charged until all matters have been resolved to your satisfaction.
