When Team HTC-Columbia and Scott approached us for the development of a completely new aerobar to fit their revolutionary Scott Plasma project we just couldn’t refuse... The challenge of creating the world’s fastest aerobar within the UCI-limits (3:1-rule), using the latest technologies in terms of aerodynamics, materials and construction simply fits the PRO-philosophy. Besides the team’s requirements we also utilized our contacts with professional triathletes and time trial and aerodynamics specialists to be able to integrate the latest developments and innovations.

Aerobar:
The 40cm wide unidirectional (UD) carbon monocoque construction of the base-bar incorporates fully integrated cable-routing for the brake and shift cables (compatible with SHIMANO Dura-Ace Di2 cables). The UD carbon extensions and arm rests are mounted to widely adjustable alloy “chimneys”. The total weight of this aerobar is 595 grams (incl. extensions, arm-pads etc.).
