The PowerTap Pro+ offers additional weight savings over the Elite+ hub via a 15mm alloy axle and alloy freehub body. The Pro+ system may include PowerTap Joule 2.0 electronics and is compatible with Garmin ANT+ devices.

The Pro+ features a 15mm alloy axle which builds into a very stiff wheel, even for heavier riders or powerful sprinters. The solid alloy hub shell contains four sealed cartridge bearings for durability. Moisture is kept away from sensitive components, since the electronics are housed completely within the hub shell.

The Joule 2.0 computer has an intuitive and customizable dashboard that displays metrics to see current ride information including power, heart rate, cadence, speed, time and other data, including TrainingPeaks' Training Stress Score (TSS) and Intensity Factor (IF).
